Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or accessing The Mentorship Course, owned by The Mentorship LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Master Resell Rights:

a. The purchaser is granted non-exclusive Master Resell Rights (MRR) for The Mentorship Course

b. MRR allows the purchaser to continuously resell the entire course as a whole package

2. Restrictions:

a. Restriction on Module Separation- Individual modules within the course may not be downloaded, separated, or utilized independently for separate use or resale.

b. Prohibition on Selling Parts of the Whole- The purchaser may not offer individual modules as standalone products.

c. Limitation on Editing, Rebranding, and Modification- The purchaser may not edit, modify, or rebrand the course, content, or title in any way for the purpose of resell.

d . Representation- The Purchaser is granted the right to present themselves as the owner of the product for the purpose of sales and marketing. This includes the ability to customize the sales process to suit their business needs. However, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that such representation does not confer actual ownership of the intellectual property or proprietary rights associated with the product, and any such representation should be made within the legal bounds of truthfulness and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Pricing:

a. Minimum Price- The Mentorship Course is required to be resold at a minimum price of $297 USD or more, unless explicitly specified by The Mentorship LLC or the four original creators during instances such as the pre-launch pricing period. Any individual found underselling or inaccurately representing the value of the course will receive a warning. Following one warning, repeated offenses will lead to the revocation of course access and resale rights licensure.

b. No Discounts or Rebates- Under no circumstances may the purchaser offer discounts, rebates, or otherwise decrease the price for promotion. The purchaser may however incentivize sales by adding products or services to the offer as long as the course price remains $297 USD. Eg: Free product with The Mentorship Course Purchase of $297 USD.

4. Usage:

a. The purchaser may use marketing materials provided with the course for promotional purposes.

b. Any modifications to the course content or marketing materials are strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property:

a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information, remain the sole property of The Mentorship LLC. Subsequent updates, modification, or add-on modules to The Mentorship Course remain the intellectual property of The Mentorship LLC.

6. Refund Policy:

All sales are final. No due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be issued for the purchase of The Mentorship Course with Master Resell Rights.

7. Warranties:

The Mentorship Course is provided on an "as is" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. The Mentorship LLC makes no representations or warranties in relation to this course or the information and materials provided.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, The Mentorship LLC does not warrant that: This course will be constantly available and The information in this course is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.

By enrolling in this course, you accept that, as a limited liability entity, The Mentorship LLC has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against The Mentorship LLC’s officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the course.

8. Compliance:

Purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the resale of The Mentorship Course.

9. Termination:

The Mentorship LLC reserves the right to terminate Master Resell Rights if the purchaser violates any terms outlined in this agreement.

10. Modifications:

The Mentorship LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of modifications will be provided to purchasers.

11. Agreement Acceptance:

By purchasing The Mentorship Course with Master Resell Rights, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
